Performance

Usability of SolarWinds is important to get right. Without a system being speedy and pleasant to work with, people tend to neglect it. We pinpoint any root causes and often it’s down to a combination of factors.

Configurations

At times what is configured in SolarWinds isn’t done right or could be done more efficiently. We examine all configurations with a view to improve observability while reducing the administration workload.

Licenses

We often find clients with under or over utilized licenses. We thoroughly inspect both cases and provide a recommendation on how to best proceed. Either way, we are up-front and honest in our suggestions.

Report

Once all inspections are complete. We will draw up a Health Check Report detailing our findings and recommendations. This report contains a plan of action for getting your system to where it needs to be.

Via a screen share session (such as our Webex), or a VPN of the client’s choosing.

Yes. We provide a Health Check report detailing all areas of concern and what our plan of action is for such findings.

Yes, after the Health Check is finished and the report is complete, we will arrange a meeting with you and your team to discuss the findings.

We are happy to assist with any of the recommendations from our plan of action which you aren’t comfortable carrying out yourselves.
